Nueva Andalucia –
This would be the most accessible area in terms of price; also known as Golf Valley, thanks to the number of top golf courses within striking distance. Talk to one of the leading estate agents that service Marbella and they are bound to have properties in Nueva Andalucia at varying price ranges.
